Founded in 1224, the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II (FEDII) is one of the oldest public universities in the world. The Department of Translational Medicine – Division of Paediatrics of FEDII employs both clinical and research staff. The mission of the department is to transfer knowledge “from bench to bedside” to improve diagnosis, prognosis and therapy.
